The objective of this course is to provide dentists with content related to the prevention of medical emergencies in dentistry, as well as an immersion in procedures for handling potential incidents in the dental office. Within this context, the course presents different approaches to the topic, with theoretical and practical classes focused on detailed pre-clinical evaluation, providing specific content on medical emergencies in dental practice, in addition to including the professional in a high-fidelity realistic simulation environment with hypothetical clinical cases.
With approaches such as problem-based learning, clinical simulations, and the use of advanced educational technologies, students are prepared using comprehensive and dynamic active teaching methodologies to face the challenges of modern dental practice.

There is no registration fee for this course.
This course does not have an extended plan.
Cancellation up to 20 days before the start of the course/module: 80% refund, with 20% retained for administrative expenses. After this period, there will be no refund of the registration fee due to the impossibility of replacing the registrant.
The undergraduate Dentistry course is full-time. Classes are held Monday through Friday, in the morning and afternoon. There are some activities on Saturdays, according to the academic calendar. Learn more details below:
