Tuition Payment

There is no registration fee for this course.

Extended Payment

This course does not have an extended plan.

Refund Policy

Cancellation up to 20 days before the start of the course/module: 80% refund, with 20% retained for administrative expenses. After this period, there will be no refund of the registration fee due to the impossibility of replacing the registrant.

SLMandic reserves the right not to start the course on the date indicated above if the minimum number of students is not reached. The registrant is responsible for waiting for confirmation of the start date from the Commercial Department so that the necessary arrangements can be made.

Course Content:

This course consists of 100% hands-on practical activities performed on the Robotic Surgery Simulator. After enrollment, each student will be registered for access to the São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty
– Campinas Unit and will be contacted to schedule their training.
Scheduling will be done by the responsible technician from the Robotic Hospital – Training Center, who will also supervise and assist with both the handling of the equipment and the training time.
On the first day of training, a login will be created so that the student has access to the software and hardware. This login will be individual and non-transferable.
Each student will have a minimum of 2 hours of mandatory training per week, with the days of the week and time determined by the student's convenience and availability on the Robotic Hospital's schedule – between 8 am and 6 pm.
The training will be divided into two stages:
First Stage
– Robot-assisted Laparoscopic Surgery (Fundamental Skills of Robotic Surgery)
– 8 hours, i.e., four two-hour training sessions.
Second Stage
– Training in Simulated Clinical Situations that can be individualized to the student's specialty
– 4 hours, i.e., two training sessions of two hours each.
