a) Registration:

Register online or contact the Customer Service Center free of charge by calling 0800 941 7 941.

b) Pre-registration:

Make the payment corresponding to the pre-registration for the course via bank slip or credit card.

Only those who pay the registration fee by the due date on the payment slip will be considered pre-enrolled. It is important to note, however, that the college reserves the right to finalize enrollment according to the order of payment of the slips, respecting the number of places available in each class. If payment confirmation occurs after the available places have been filled, the applicant will receive a refund of the amount paid.

c) Required documentation to be submitted digitally (front and back) to the email address: matricula.rj@cursos.qa.slmandic.edu.br, after confirmation of the course start date.

The institution only considers a student to be regularly enrolled if they submit all the documents listed below.

– Birth or marriage certificate;

– Authenticated undergraduate diploma (If obtained abroad, certified translation and validation of the diploma at a public university);

– RG (Driver's License does not replace this document);

– CPF;

Professional registration;

– Recent proof of residence (within the last three months). 

* 1 passport-size photo (3 x 4 cm).

On the first day of class, you must bring a certified copy of your graduation diploma.

* The first installment of the tuition fee must be paid on the first day of class. The remaining installments must be paid by the 10th of each month via bank slip.

d) When a foreign student:

Required documentation to be submitted digitally (front and back) to the email address: matricula.rj@cursos.qa.slmandic.edu.br, after confirmation of the course start date.

The institution only considers a student to be regularly enrolled if they submit all the documents listed below.

– Birth or marriage certificate – consularized;

– Authenticated undergraduate diploma translated by a sworn and consularized public translator;

– Passport containing: Personal data and stamp and entry visa to the country;

– RNE – National Foreigner Registration or its protocol with the Federal Police, this with visa and authorization to remain in the country and indication of the period of stay;

– Recent proof of residence (within the last three months). 

* One 3x4 photo.

On the first day of class, you must bring a certified copy of your graduation diploma.

All assignments, tests, and other written activities must be completed in Portuguese.
