Payment Methods The amount paid in Brazilian currency (reais) was converted on 25/10/2023 and can be paid through the following methods: Credit Card: Payment in installments. The amount paid in North American currency (Dollar) can only be paid through international exchange. Refund Policy: (1) If the participant requests withdrawal from the Course under the above-mentioned terms, up to 20 (twenty) days before its start date, São Leopoldo Mandic University will refund 80% (eighty percent) of the corresponding investment, with the remaining 20% (twenty percent) considered administrative expenses. (2) If the participant requests withdrawal from the Course under the above-mentioned terms after its start date, the participant will forfeit the right to a refund of the Course fee, even if they have not attended classes. This is due to applicable legislation, the General Regulations of the Institution’s Postgraduate Program, and the fact that the Courses are offered based on the number of enrollees, with the vacant spot in this case being occupied by the withdrawing participant. (3) For participants in Courses referred to as “Remaining Vacancies/Immediate Start,” if the participant requests withdrawal from the Course under the above-mentioned terms up to 20 (twenty) days before the start date of the next module, São Leopoldo Mandic University will refund 80% (eighty percent) of the corresponding investment, with the remaining 20% (twenty percent) considered administrative expenses. (4) If the cancellation request is made less than 20 (twenty) days before the start of classes, the participant is aware that there will be no refund of the enrollment fee, as the Institution will not have sufficient time to replace the participant with another candidate. It is understood that there has been a provision of services for reserving the spot, justifying the receipt of the enrollment fee. Important Note: If the Course does not take place or is postponed for any reason by the Institution, the participant will be entitled to a 100% (one hundred percent) refund of the enrollment fee, regardless of when they become aware of this rescheduling. Once the participant is informed of this rescheduling and chooses to withdraw from the Course, the refund will be 80% of the enrollment fee paid.
Valor pago na moeda Brasileira (reais) foi convertido em 25/10/2023 e poderá ser pago através das formas abaixo: Cartão de Crédito: Pagamento parcelado. Valor pago na moeda Norte Americana (Dólar) poderá ser pago apenas através de câmbio internacional. Reembolso: (1) Caso o(a) inscrito(a) encaminhe solicitação de desistência do Curso nos termos supra referidos, até 20 (vinte) dias antes da data de seu início, a Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic reembolsará o equivalente a 80% (oitenta por cento) do valor correspondente ao investimento, sendo que os 20% (vinte por cento) restantes são considerados despesas administrativas; (2) Caso encaminhe solicitação de desistência do Curso nos termos supra referidos após o seu início, o(a) inscrito(a) perderá o direito ao reembolso do valor referente ao Curso, mesmo que não tenha frequentado as aulas, tendo em vista as disposições da legislação aplicável, do Regimento Geral da Pós-Graduação da Instituição e, ainda, pelo fato de que os Cursos são oferecidos com base no número de inscritos, considerando-se nesse caso a vaga preenchida pelo(a) desistente; (3) Para inscrito(a)s em Cursos denominados “Vagas Remanescentes/Início imediato”, caso o(a) inscrito(a) encaminhe solicitação de desistência do Curso nos termos supra referidos até 20 (vinte) dias antes da data do próximo módulo, a Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic reembolsará 80% (oitenta por cento) do valor correspondente ao investimento, sendo que os 20% (vinte por cento) restantes são considerados despesas administrativas. (4) Caso a solicitação para cancelamento seja efetuada com menos de 20 (vinte) dias de antecedência do início das aulas, o(a) inscrito(a) está ciente de que não haverá devolução do valor pago a título de matrícula, uma vez que a Instituição não terá tempo hábil para substituir o(a) inscrito(a) por outro(a) candidato(a), sendo certo que terá ocorrido prestação de serviços de reserva da vaga, justificando o recebimento da matrícula. Observação importante:  Se o Curso não ocorrer ou for adiado por qualquer motivo, pela Instituição, o(a) inscrito(a) terá direito a reembolso de 100% (cem por cento) do valor pago a título de matrícula, independente do período em que o(a) mesmo(a) tenha ciência desse remanejamento. O(A) inscrito(a), uma vez ciente desse remanejamento e optando pela desistência do Curso, a devolução será de 80% do valor pago da matrícula.
